Beyond Children's Day FAQ Q: Is this event exclusively for registrants with families? A: No, it’s open to everyone. Several activities can be attended individually (must be over 17 years old for individuals). Q: Can I register just for myself? A: If you are over 17 years old, you are allowed to participate in all activity options by yourself. If you are under 17 years old, your parent/guardian must register with you and be present to accompany you during the event. Q: Is wheelchair access available at the location? A: We want all our guests to feel welcome, but unfortunately, the current venue is not fully wheelchair accessible as it requires some navigating stairs. Q: Is parking available at the venue? A: Yes, but space is limited. However, since we expect a large turnout, a valet parking service will be available for a flat fee of IDR 10,000 to make your arrival easier. Q: At the event location, will Starbucks operate with its standard café facilities? A: No. Regular Starbucks dine-in facilities will not be available at this event. However, Starbucks will be selling selected menu items during the event. Q: Are the activity options conducted privately? A: No, the activities will be held together with other participants, and there are no private class options. Q: Will the activity venue for Teens-Adults be separate from the Kids activities? A: Because this event is dedicated to family moments, all activities will be conducted on the same floor and in an open setting. The focus of the activities will be managed within each respective class. Q: Can I get a refund if I have registered but am unable to attend? A: All registration payments that have been made are non-refundable. Q: Can I change the activity options or my scheduled session that I have already paid for? A: No, you cannot. Q: How long is the duration of the activities that can be attended during the event? A: The estimated duration per session is 2 hours. This includes 30 minutes for registration prior to the start of the actvities & Coffee Class. Q: Will these activities be conducted in Indonesian? A: That is correct, all activities will be conducted in bahasa Indonesia. Q: What is MODENA's involvement in this Starbucks Beyond Children’s Day event? A: In this event, MODENA acts as the venue facilitator in collaboration with Starbucks to provide moments of family togetherness in celebration of National Children's Day. As partners, MODENA is given a duration of 15 - 20 minutes to: introduce products, distribute door prizes, event documentation, and conduct an event satisfaction survey.
