Starbucks Rewards™ Terms of Use
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE STARBUCKS REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE STARBUCKS REWARDS PROGRAM.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Starbucks Rewards program (“Starbucks Rewards") which is operated by PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia (“Starbucks”). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Starbucks for other products and services, such as Starbucks Cards. Starbucks reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate Starbucks Rewards and/or all or any portion of these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Starbucks Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to Terms of Use, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in Starbucks Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies and FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Starbucks Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in Starbucks Rewards. The Starbucks Rewards program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.
Please read the Privacy Statement carefully to understand how Starbucks collects, uses and discloses information about customers and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you.
Starbucks Rewards is one way in which Starbucks endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business. Members of Starbucks Rewards are able to earn and accumulate “Stars" that can be redeemed for Starbucks Rewards benefits, also known as “Rewards," at participating Starbucks® stores in Indonesia.
ABOUT STARBUCKS REWARDS
We present Starbucks Rewards as a loyalty program for those of you who are loyal customers of Starbucks Indonesia. Starbucks Rewards is one way Starbucks strives to appreciate and thank customers who remain loyal by providing various benefits for customers in the form of "Rewards".
Starbucks Rewards allows you to collect “Stars” which can be turned into Rewards, where Rewards can be redeemed at all participating Starbucks stores with various special offers.
JOINING STRABUCKS REWARDS
There are two (2) ways to enroll in Starbucks Rewards and begin accumulating Stars:

If you have a physical Starbucks Card, you can register via the website. Follow the prompts to create an account and register at least one (1) physical Starbucks Card. Unless otherwise stated, the minimum balance required to activate a physical Starbucks Card may vary from a hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah (200,000 IDR) for past edition cards, up to five hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah (500,000 IDR) for special edition cards.

Download the Starbucks ID mobile app to your Android™ or iPhone® device. Follow the prompts to create a Starbucks Rewards account and/or register a digital Starbucks Card. Start purchasing in Starbucks store and pay with any method of payment.
The registration process may require that you provide the following information: username, password, email address (required in order to receive information on programs and eligible Rewards), telephone number, Starbucks Card number, and card security code (CSC), birthday, name, and marketing preferences. All your Starbucks Cards can be activated and registered for use in Starbucks Rewards, but you may only have one (1) account that is personal to you.
USING YOUR STARBUCKS REWARDS
The Starbucks Rewards program aims to make it easier for you to shop with us and to make your relationship with us more rewarding by providing a variety of special offers that are only applicable to Starbucks Rewards members.
In your Starbucks Rewards account as previously mentioned, you can activate and register more than one (1) type of your Starbucks Card, where – each card can be filled with a balance value in Indonesian Rupiah currency.
The balance value in Indonesian Rupiah currency within your Starbuck Cards is registered as electronic money to make shopping transactions at all participating Starbucks Indonesia stores in accordance with the applicable regulations. All transactions within your Starbucks Rewards account and Starbucks Card are closed loop, registered to and monitored by the Bank of Indonesia.
Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this Agreement, the Indonesian Rupiah value on your Starbucks Card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. All Starbucks stores in Indonesia accepts your Starbucks Card.
EARNING STARS
Starbucks Rewards members can earn and collect “Stars” which can be redeemed for various Starbucks Rewards benefits (also known as “Rewards”) at participating Starbucks® stores in Indonesia and also earn Stars through third party partners such as delivery orders via the
GrabFood App
.
The benefits that are available to you through Starbucks Rewards are based on the number of “Stars" that you earn. You can earn Stars by making purchases using any Starbucks Card registered to your Starbucks Rewards account to pay at participating Starbucks stores in Indonesia.
You will earn Stars based on the value of your purchase at the rate of one (1) Star for every Six Thousand Indonesian Rupiah (6,000 IDR) spent using your registered Starbucks Card / Starbucks account balance OR you can earn (1) Star for every Twelve Thousand Indonesian Rupiah (12,000 IDR) spent using other methods of payment or through delivery orders via the
GrabFood App
.
Stars accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value. Stars are currently valid for 12 months and are subject to change at any time with a minimum of 1 months’ notice before its effective date of change which will be sent via email or Inbox in the Starbucks® Indonesia app.
The Core Rewards are valid for
30 days from the date you redeem the Stars (timestamp apply). Other Promotional Rewards from personalized programs or campaigns may vary in validity period.
Generally, Stars are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours. From time to time, we, or others acting with our permission, may offer you special promotions that offer you “Promotional Stars." Promotional Stars, such as “Bonus" Stars, will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in the promotional offer.
If you void a purchase made with your registered Starbucks Card, Starbucks will deduct the Stars that you were awarded for that purchase, potentially resulting in a negative Star balance on your account. If you return merchandise or packaged coffee, food, and beverage that you purchased with your registered Starbucks Card (note: an original receipt or gift receipt is required), your funds will be returned to you on a Starbucks store credit card, but Starbucks will not deduct Stars from your account.
If you use multiple forms of payment in one transaction, as long as one of the forms of payments is Starbucks Card, you will earn Stars according to the pay-out split.
BENEFIT LEVELS IN STARBUCKS REWARDS
Currently, there are two (2) levels of benefits within Starbucks Rewards that are determined by the number of Stars that you accumulate in your account each year. By opening an account and registering a Starbucks Card, you will automatically be enrolled in Starbucks Rewards at the Green Level. If you earn at least three hundred (300) Stars within the twelve (12) months period following your enrolment date, you will qualify for the Gold Level.
Once you reach a specific level within Starbucks Rewards, you will receive the benefits that are applicable to that level at that time. However, you must continue to earn and accumulate Stars to maintain your benefit level.
To maintain the Gold Level, you must earn at least three hundred (300) new Stars during each consecutive 12-month period following the date you reached the Gold Level. If you do not earn 300 new Stars in 12 months, you will be placed at the Green Level of Starbucks Rewards.
Member status level is visible at any time in the Starbucks® Indonesia mobile app. Downgrading is applied if an account that has reached Gold status cannot collect another 300 Stars within 1 year, starting from upon reaching the Gold status.
You can view and track your Stars balance and available Rewards on our website or by using the Starbucks® Indonesia mobile app. Starbucks reserves the right to change the number of benefit levels and to change the benefits and Rewards associated with each level in its sole discretion at any time.
The following are Core Rewards that are available within the Starbucks Rewards program by account level:
Green Level

You will be eligible for a Reward after you redeem a certain number of collected Stars on your Starbucks Rewards account. As a Green member you are eligible to redeem:
- 30 Stars for a Reward of a Free Selected Add-On: Espresso Shot/ Syrup/ Sauce.
- 60 Stars for a Reward of a Free Tall sized Americano or Brewed Tea.
- 120 Stars for a Reward of a Free Tall sized any Handcrafted Beverage or Food. -
Birthday Treats: you will receive twenty-five (25) Bonus Stars, a birthday cake Reward and get 2x Stars on your transaction. See Terms and conditions for more details.
Gold Level

You will be eligible for a Core Reward after you redeem a certain number of collected Stars on your Starbucks Rewards account. You will get all Green members benefits with extra privileges:
- 120 Stars for a Reward of a Free up to Grande size any Handcrafted Beverage or any Food
- 240 Stars for a Reward of a Free selected core Whole Bean
- 400 Stars for a Reward of a 25% off selected Merchandise -

At any time, Starbucks reserves the right to change programs or exclude certain products from the Starbucks Rewards loyalty program.
These Starbucks Rewards Terms of Use complement and incorporate by reference the Starbucks Card Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Starbucks Card Terms and Conditions and these Starbucks Rewards Terms of Use, the Starbucks Card Terms and Conditions control.
STARBUCKS ACCOUNT ACTIVITY
Currently there are no membership fees associated with Starbucks Rewards, but at any time we may charge a service fee for the offline use of Starbucks Card in any Starbucks Indonesia stores or using the Starbucks Indonesia App through online. This service is not limited to top-up Starbucks Cards balance, the redemption of Rewards, and other related activities. Information about the charges of the service fee will be communicated via the website or other media channel at any time.
Your Stars, Rewards, registered Starbucks Cards, and your account under Starbucks Rewards are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) Starbucks Rewards account that is personal to you.
Without notice to you, Starbucks reserves the right to suspend any Starbucks Card and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in Starbucks Rewards if Starbucks determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Starbucks may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. If your participation in Starbucks Rewards is terminated, then all accumulated Stars in your account are void.
Without notice to you, Starbucks also reserves the right to “unregister" and make ineligible for the Starbucks Rewards program any Starbucks Card or account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no Stars earned. If your Starbucks Card or account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Stars in your account are void.
Starbucks reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Starbucks Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.

Syarat Penggunaan ini berlaku untuk akses dan partisipasi Anda dalam program Starbucks Rewards (“Starbucks Rewards”) yang dioperasikan oleh PT. Sari Coffee Indonesia (“Starbucks”). Syarat Penggunaan ini tidak mengubah syarat atau ketentuan perjanjian lain yang mungkin Anda miliki dengan Starbucks untuk produk/layanan lain, seperti Starbucks Card.
Starbucks berhak mengubah, memodifikasi, dan/atau menghentikan Starbucks Rewards dan/atau sebagian/seluruh Syarat Penggunaan, kebijakan, FAQ, atau panduan terkait Starbucks Rewards kapan saja sesuai kebijakan kami. Perubahan/modifikasi berlaku efektif segera setelah diposting di Syarat Penggunaan, dan Anda melepaskan hak untuk menerima pemberitahuan khusus. Partisipasi Anda menegaskan penerimaan atas Syarat Penggunaan dan perubahannya. Oleh karena itu, harap tinjau Syarat Penggunaan serta kebijakan dan FAQ terkait secara berkala. Jika tidak setuju, Anda harus berhenti berpartisipasi.
Program Starbucks Rewards ditujukan hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi. Penggunaan komersial dilarang. Program ini tidak diperuntukkan bagi mereka yang berusia di bawah 18 tahun.
Bacalah Kebijakan Privasi dengan cermat untuk memahami cara Starbucks mengumpulkan, menggunakan, dan mengungkapkan data pelanggan, serta cara memperbarui informasi pribadi dan komunikasi kami dengan Anda.
Starbucks Rewards adalah bentuk apresiasi kami kepada pelanggan setia. Anggota dapat mengumpulkan “Stars” yang bisa ditukarkan menjadi “Rewards” di gerai Starbucks® berpartisipasi di Indonesia.
TENTANG STARBUCKS REWARDSStarbucks Rewards adalah program loyalitas untuk Anda, pelanggan setia Starbucks Indonesia. Ini adalah bentuk apresiasi Starbucks melalui berbagai manfaat berupa "Rewards".
Dengan Starbucks Rewards, Anda dapat mengumpulkan “Stars” yang dapat ditukar dengan Rewards yang tersedia di semua gerai Starbucks yang berpartisipasi dengan penawaran khusus.
CARA BERGABUNG DENGAN STARBUCKS REWARDS-
Jika Anda memiliki Starbucks Card fisik:
- Daftarkan melalui situs web dengan membuat akun dan mendaftarkan minimal 1 (satu) Starbucks Card fisik.
- Saldo minimum untuk mengaktifkan kartu bervariasi, mulai dari Rp200.000 (edisi lama) hingga Rp500.000 (edisi spesial).

Unduh aplikasi Starbucks ID di perangkat Android™ atau iPhone®:
- Buat akun Starbucks Rewards dan/atau daftarkan Starbucks Card digital.
- Mulai berbelanja di gerai Starbucks dengan metode pembayaran apa pun.

Proses pendaftaran memerlukan informasi berikut:
- Nama pengguna, kata sandi, alamat email (untuk menerima informasi program dan Rewards).
- Nomor telepon, nomor Starbucks Card, kode keamanan kartu (CSC), tanggal lahir, nama, dan preferensi pemasaran.
- Anda dapat mengaktifkan dan mendaftarkan lebih dari satu (1) Starbucks Card, tetapi hanya boleh memiliki satu (1) akun pribadi.
Program ini dirancang untuk memudahkan transaksi dan memperkaya hubungan kami dengan Anda melalui penawaran eksklusif bagi anggota Starbucks Rewards.
Saldo dalam mata uang Rupiah di Starbucks Card Anda terdaftar sebagai uang elektronik untuk transaksi di gerai Starbucks Indonesia, sesuai regulasi yang berlaku. Semua transaksi bersifat closed loop, terdaftar, dan diawasi oleh Bank Indonesia.
Kecuali diwajibkan hukum, saldo Rupiah di Starbucks Card tidak dapat dikembalikan atau ditukar dengan tunai. Semua gerai Starbucks di Indonesia menerima Starbucks Card.
CARA MENDAPATKAN STARS-
Pembelian di gerai Starbucks® berpartisipasi menggunakan Starbucks Card terdaftar/saldo akun:
- 1 Star untuk setiap Rp6.000 yang dibelanjakan.

Metode pembayaran lain atau pesanan delivery via GrabFood:
- 1 Star untuk setiap Rp12.000 yang dibelanjakan.
Stars bersifat promosi dan tidak memiliki nilai tunai. Masa berlaku Stars saat ini adalah 12 bulan dan dapat berubah dengan pemberitahuan minimal 1 bulan sebelumnya melalui email atau Inbox di aplikasi Starbucks® Indonesia.
Core Rewards berlaku 30 hari setelah penukaran Stars. Masa berlaku Rewards dari program promosi lainnya dapat bervariasi.
Stars biasanya ditambahkan ke akun dalam 24 jam. Starbucks atau mitra kami mungkin menawarkan “Promotional Stars” (misalnya Stars bonus) sesuai syarat promosi yang berlaku.
Jika pembelian dengan Starbucks Card dibatalkan, Stars yang diperoleh akan dikurangi (mungkin menyebabkan saldo Stars negatif). Pengembalian produk kemasan/kopi yang dibeli dengan Starbucks Card akan dikreditkan ke kartu gerai Starbucks, tetapi Stars tidak dikurangi.
Jika menggunakan beberapa metode pembayaran dalam satu transaksi, Stars akan dihitung berdasarkan pembagian nominal pembayaran.
TINGKAT MANFAAT DALAM STARBUCKS REWARDSAda 2 (dua) tingkat manfaat berdasarkan jumlah Stars yang dikumpulkan dalam setahun:

Green Level (Otomatis saat mendaftar):
- 30 Stars: Add-On gratis (tambahan espresso/sirup/saus).
- 60 Stars: Tall Americano atau Brewed Tea gratis.
- 120 Stars: Tall minuman manual atau makanan gratis.
- Hadiah Ulang Tahun: 25 Bonus Stars, kue ulang tahun, dan 2x Stars pada transaksi.

Gold Level (Diraih dengan 300 Stars dalam 12 bulan setelah pendaftaran):
- Semua manfaat Green Level + keistimewaan tambahan:
- 120 Stars: Minuman manual/makanan gratis ukuran Grande.
- 240 Stars: Biji kopi pilihan gratis.
- 400 Stars: Diskon 25% untuk merchandise terpilih.
- Mendapatkan Stars 2x lipat pada setiap tanggal 16
- Hadiah Ulang Tahun: 50 Bonus Stars, kue ulang tahun, dan 2x Stars.
- Undangan acara eksklusif & penawaran spesial (misalnya Double Star days).
Untuk mempertahankan Gold Level, Anda harus mengumpulkan 300 Stars baru setiap 12 bulan. Jika tidak, status akan turun ke Green Level.
Starbucks berhak mengubah tingkat manfaat, Rewards, atau mengecualikan produk tertentu dari program kapan saja.
AKTIVITAS AKUN STARBUCKSSaat ini tidak ada biaya keanggotaan, tetapi Starbucks dapat mengenakan biaya layanan untuk penggunaan offline Starbucks Card di gerai atau aplikasi Starbucks Indonesia. Informasi biaya akan disampaikan melalui situs web atau media lainnya.
- Stars, Rewards, Starbucks Card terdaftar, dan akun Starbucks Rewards bersifat pribadi. Tidak boleh diperjualbelikan, dialihkan, atau digunakan untuk tujuan komersial. Anda hanya boleh memiliki satu (1) akun pribadi.
- Starbucks berhak menangguhkan/menghentikan akun atau partisipasi Anda jika:
- Melanggar Syarat Penggunaan.
- Memiliki lebih dari satu (1) akun.
- Penggunaan akun tidak sah, curang, atau melanggar hukum.
- Akun yang tidak aktif (tidak ada Stars yang diperoleh) selama 2 (dua) tahun berturut-turut akan dikeluarkan dari program, dan semua Stars hangus.
- Starbucks juga berhak menghentikan program Starbucks Rewards kapan saja tanpa pemberitahuan.
